  • $65,000 pro rata + super + NFP tax benefits

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to support recruitment and employee changes by coordinating hiring, onboarding and staff transitions while ensuring HR compliance and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.

The responsibilities of the position include:
  • Provide advice and support during the recruitment process for hiring managers.
  • Partner with Client Services leadership to track and fill rosters with internal or external staffing needs.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as offers of employment, letters of variation and statement of service and conduct required background checks (Employment References, NDIS worker screening checks, working with children, visa etc)
  • Provide HR operational support in areas of employee changes, payroll, reporting and management of HR-related inboxes.
  • Drive the Onboarding and Off-boarding process for Unisson employees.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Disability industry recruitment experience.
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and support line managers on recruitment and selection matters.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
